The mandate

You are a hunter. You own a named-account list of regulated enterprises, SI and consultancy partners, and in-house foundation-model teams in your market. You run top-of-funnel outreach, qualification, technical discovery, and commercial negotiation. The technical team joins for deep dives. This is an athlete role: 3–5 years of selling experience, strong technical curiosity, and the willingness to learn the research and regulatory context our buyers care about.

What you will do

  • Prospect and qualify named accounts in your territory.
  • Run Stratum and Synth discovery calls; bring in the technical team for second meetings.
  • Shepherd pilots from signed PoC to production contract.
  • Build and maintain the market map: which organizations are building foundation models internally, which SIs have active sovereign-AI programs, which regulated buyers have a ministerial or board-level mandate.
  • Own pipeline hygiene in the CRM; deliver accurate weekly and monthly forecasts.
  • Represent Pleias at the two or three industry events per year that matter in your market.

What we are looking for

  • 1–3 years in technology sales: AI/ML, data platform, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, regtech, or fintech.
  • Hunter profile — demonstrable pipeline generation, not just account management.
  • Comfortable explaining a technical product. You will not write the model card, but you will know why it matters.
  • English, French
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
